On 12 January at 09:05, Tashir police department received a call informing that a house was on fire in village Kruglaya Shishka.
On 13 January it was revealed that Radik Ts., DoB 1988 had quarreled with his brother Arthur Ts., DoB 1981, on the issue of property right upon the house. After that with the intention to deprive his brother from the property right upon the house he set the house on fire at around 23:00 on 11 January.
The State Fire and Safety Inspection of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations is investigating the materials of the case.
