On 8 January, the RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan accompanied by the chief staff of the Ministry of Defense and high ranking officers visited the Republican Central Military Station to get acquainted with the preparatory activities for the winter military draft of 2015, the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Ministry of defense reports.
The Defense Minister first talked with the parents who came to see off their the children and assured that the leadership of the Armed Forces was doing everything possible to properly organize the recruitment process, to ensure transparency, as well as to exclude conscription of mentally or physically handicapped young people. The Head of the defense agency answered to the questions of concern of the parents and relatives of the recruits.
