The RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situation inform that on 23 December at 09:00 a.m., all the roads in the Republic of Armenia are passable.
The road Sotk-Qarvatchar is difficult for traffic.
It snows in Kapan and Goris Cities of Syunik marz, in Yeghegnadzor City of Vayots Dzor marz, Charentsavan, Hrazdan and Abovyan Cities of Kotayk marz․
There is black ice on Yerevan-Sevan highway and in some areas of Aparan Coty and Aragats village in Aragatsotn marz.
In order to ensure the traffic safety, the road workers are processing the roads with salt and sand.
The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations recommends to travel with winter tires, as well as to travel in the above mentioned areas only in case of absolute necessity.
According to information provided by the Emergency Situations Department of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs the road Stepantsminda-Lars is open for all kinds of transportation means in case of using tire chains.
