On 16 December, the RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, who is on a working visit in Artsakh, acompanoed with the NKR Minister of Defense, the commander of the Defense Army Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan visited the military base stations in the Eastern direction of the army.
The Heads of Military Departments of two Armenian republics got acquainted with the conditions of carrying out the military service, the engineering works aimed at raising the level of security of the personnel carrying out the military duty, the military and psychological preparedness of the soldiers. They were interested in everyday life conditions of the soldiers as well.
