As a result of operative-intelligence measures of Gugark Division of the RA Police, on 15 December at 14:30, Davit M. born in 1990 was arrested in Margahovit village and brought to the police department. Davit was wanted by the Police of Sochi City of Krasnodar Krai under the provision of Part 2 of Article 132 pf the RA Criminal Code (Rape by a group of persons).
