On 15 December, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received Robert Kosla, Regional Director for Public Safety/National Security/Defense at Microsoft CEE HQ. Informs the Information and Public relations department of the RA Ministry of Defense.
The Defense Minister greeted Mr. Kosla and said that the current challenges in the information sphere may be overcome only through joint efforts. The Head of the Defense Agency attached importance to expansion of cooperation and exchange of experience in the spheres of cyber safety and information technologies with with a leading company such as “Microsoft”.
During the meeting the parties discussed the services offered by Microsoft, such as the mechanisms for providing information in the security sphere, the projects on cyber safety implemented in different countries with Micrososft support. They also referred to the opportunity of organizing trainings for the personnel of the RA Armed forces in the training centers of Microsoft.
