Today, at the Government session, the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan submitted a number of draft laws prepared by the Ministry of Justice.
The following draft laws were presented in one package: “Law on Funds with Inviolable Capital”; “Draft Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Foundations”; “Draft Law on Making Changes in the RA Law on Profit Tax”; “Draft Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Value Added Tax”; “Draft Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Income Tax”; “Draft Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Charity”; “Draft Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Securities Market”.
The Government approved the package.
