Today President Serzh Sargsyan signed the laws passed by the National Assembly of the RA, among them:
“The Law on Tax Exemption for the Activities carried out in the Bordering Communities”; “The Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Approval of the List of Products imported by the Organizations and Individual Entrepreneurs, which have 0 rate of Customs Duty and their VAT is not calculated and charged by the Customs Authorities”; “The Law on Making Changes and Amendments to the RA Law on “Administration of State Property”; “The Law on Making Changes to the RA Code on “Administrative Offence”; “The Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Licensing”; “The Law on Making Changes in the RA Law on Transportation of Hazardous Cargo and Non-Neutralized Containers on Motor Transport”; “The Law on Making Amendments in the RA Law on Safe use of Nuclear Energy for Peaceful Purposes”; “The Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on Motor Transport”; “The Law on Making an Amendment in the RA Code on “Administrative Offence”; “The Law on Making an Amendments in the RA Law on Licensing”; “The Law on Making an Amendments in the RA Law on Motor Transport”; “The Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on the State Tax”.
