The Special Investigation Service of the RA has dismissed the case on abuse of official authorities of the Head of Investigation Department of Shengavit Administrative District and the Investigator of the same Department initated under the requirements of Part 1 of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code based on the absence of the event of crime. Informs Special Investigation Service of the RA.
