The President has already approved the list of winners of the competition for Armenia`s judge candidates at the ECHR. We can find on the official website of the RA President the following:
Guided by the 7th provision of the article 55 and article 56 of the Constitution, based on the 35th and 36th provisions of the NH-199-N decree of the RA President of 02 August 2014 on “The activities of the Competition Commission implementing selection of candidates for Armenia`s judge at the European Court of Human Rights and the order of the candidates selection”, as well as taking into consideration the Meeting minutes of the Competition Commission on October 7-8 session and attached documents, I have decided to
1. Approve the list of winners of the competition for candidates of Armenia`s judge at the European Court of Human Rights, according to the appendix.
2. Order the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia to present the list approved by the 1st point of the decree and necessary documents to the European Court of Human Rights in accordance with set procedures and requirements.
