Based on the report filed by the citizen Larisa H., a criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
Larisa H., who is a witness to the criminal case instituted in accordance with Part 1 of Article 112 of the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia with regard to the case of causing severe bodily injuries to Tigran N. in Sevan Investigation Department of Gegharkunik Regional Investigation Department of the Principal Investigation Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia reported that in the course of the above preliminary investigation the officer conducting a State Special Service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, by abusing his official powers, with an intention of distorting the actual facts of the case, urged the Defendant to the case Mkhitar N. to give testimonies inconsistent with the reality about his preliminary intention of stabbing the victim Tigran N. Afterwards, he threatened that during the additional interrogations Larisa H. shall affirm his previously made testimonies which are inconsistent with the reality.
A preliminary investigation is under way.
