President Serzh Sargsyan sent a telegram to Svetlana Grigoryan’s relatives, expressing his condolences for the death of the legendary actress of the Armenian stage, People’s Artist of Armenia, holder of Movses Khorenatsy and “For Services to the Fatherland” 1st degree medal, Knight of “Surb Sahak and Surb Mesrop” Order of Holly Echmiadzin, Honorary Citizen of Yerevan, actress of the State Musical Comedy Theatre.
“Svetlana Grigoryan’s name will remain in the history of the Armenian Theatre and our generations thanks to the unique characters she created and her exceptional talent and dedication to the stage.
I express my deepest condolences to the relatives and colleagues of the famous actress and to thousands her fans,” the telegram of the RA President reads.
