After solving the problems which rose as a result of application of the 5000 AMD fines for the lack of Mandatory Car Insurance Contract, the Government took a decision N383-A of 27 March 2014 on “Delaying application of the Administrative responsibility upon the transportation means, which had not signed Mandatory Car Insurance Contract, and had no other violation but the infringement provided under Part 1 of Article 129.2 of the RA Code on Administrative Violations…” The Police will not apply administrative measures against the owners of such vehicles ill the end of December 2014.
