In the future, we will have notary system which ill not force people to protest against in front of the government building. This was said by Minister of Justice HrayrTvmasyan today at notary chamber event.
The 20-year republic now has room for notary chamber.
“This is one step to establish the notary institutions, another step for legal reforms, which aims to advance our country. It is not just words,” – said HrayrTovmasyan.
Head of the notary office MamikonAslanyan said it is no coincidence that the event took place on June 30 – RA president’s birthday. Notary office is the first layer of public sector which is under way for reforms.
“Notary office will function in a new mode, with new spirit of modernity”, – Aslanyan said.
During the event, notary sear-in ceremonies took place.
HrayrTovmasyan mentioned the suspension of the “Kentron” notary and said it’s the most severe punishment and that criminal investigation was under way as well. Minister promised to be strict with all notaries but never intervene with their work. There is great desire to forward legal reforms.
