Eduard Nalbandyan Re-Appointed

RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed the decree on appointing Eduard Nalbandyan the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

While signing the Decree the RA President was governed by Paragraph 4 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
