New Speed Cameras will be operated in Yerevan and Hrazdan

 

The Traffic Police informs that the operations on installation of new speed cameras in Yerevan City and on the highways out of Yerevan is going on to control and record all violations of traffic rules and speed limits.

Specifically the speed cameras will be operated from 7 April 2014 in the following locations:

1. The speed camera will be operated in Yerevan in Mashtots Avenue in the crossroads of Mashtots Avenue and Pushkin Street crossroads in the direction to Mashtots Avenue and Amiryan street crossroads. The allowed maximum speed is 60 km per hour.

2. The speed camera (both directions) will be operated in Yerevan Mashtots Avenue and Heratsi Street road passage. The allowed maximum speed is 60 km per hour.

3. The speed camera (both directions) will be operated in Yerevan in Saralanji street in Saralanji – Asrmenakyan streets crossroads in the direction of Saralanji – Glinka streets. The allowed maximum speed is 40 km per hour.

4. Speed camera (both directions) will be operated on the 1.9 kilometer of highway H-28 “H-28-Hrazdan M-4” (Administrative area of Hrazdan City). The allowed maximum speed is 60 km per hour.

The Road Police urges the drivers to keep the traffic rules.
