The salary is a fixed compensation for services, paid to a person on a regular basis provided by the law, other legal acts, or by the labor contract. Each month the salary is calculated and paid for working days once in a month till the 15th date of the next month.
The employer can pay the salary more than once in a month. The payment of salaries with commitments and stocks is forbidden, except the cases provided by law. The salary can be paid by bank receipts, checks or by transfer to the account of the employee.
