The road to Stepanakert is closed. The right of return of Artsakh Armenians, which was recognized by the International Court, is violated today.   French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny wrote about in X.

“The road to Stepanakert, now closed. 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh were forced to flee their homes after 9 months of blockade and a brutal assault from Azerbaijan.

Their right of return, recognized by the International Court of Justice, is today violated.” The Ambassador wrote.
