“How to act when the judge, in your opinion, violated the law, your rights or made a biased and illegal decision?
You can apply to the Minister of Justice or the Ethics and Disciplinary Affairs Committee simultaneously or alternately.
If at least one of these bodies finds that there is a violation in the judge’s action, the case will be brought to the Supreme Judicial Council, which will make the final decision whether to penalize the judge or not. The judge’s penalty can range from a warning to dismissal.
It is important to know that the Supreme Judicial Council does not have the authority to interfere in any way in the process of examining individual cases or to request a judge not to examine this or that case.
The Council also cannot dismiss a judge from his position on his own initiative.

Attention: unsigned letters will not be processed, it must be in Armenian, include the applicant’s name, surname, the name of the administrative body to which the application is addressed, the submitted claim, the year, month, date of the application, the applicant’s signature, and the return address.”
