On 15 January, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the 95th claim regarding the confiscation of property of illicit origin.
The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of Prosecutor General’s Office filed a claim to the court against the owner and Director General of Open Joint Stock Company G.Manukyan with demand to confiscate from him and his related persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
- 5 real estates.
- 1 vehicle.
- 10 thousand 782 shares of the open joint stock company.
- 1 billion 233 million 132 thousand drams (735 million 654 thousand drams, which is not justified by the legal income of a person, has an illicit origin, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or cannot be identified and confiscated, the balance of 491 million 246 thousand drams as income from the use of property of illicit origin, and 6 million 230 thousand AMD deposit).
