In connection with election as a judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, the powers of the Judge of the Supreme Court Arayik Tunyan were terminated, based on his application, according to part 2 of Article 147 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”.

The President, judges and staff of the Constitutional Court congratulate Judge A. Tunyan on the occasion of his election as a judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, expressing their gratitude for his long-term effective work as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia and expressing confidence that Mr. Tunyan’s high professionalism and professional activities will be important in increasing the efficiency of the work of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
