After the genocidal operations in Artsakh, the ethnic cleansing, after clearing the area of native Armenians, Azerbaijan has declared war on Armenian values.
This time the Azerbaijanis destroyed the khachkar commemorating Harut Babayan and Garik Mnatsakanyan on Daniel Varuzhan Street in Martakert city. It was erected in October 2021 with the idea and personal funds of Harut Babayan’s father, Rashid Babayan.
