More than 10,000 people, who are forced to find shelter in other settlements of Artsakh, are currently evacuated from their native communities, to places, where relative safety can be ensured.

Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh reported.

Among them there are women, children and old people, many of whom have already been displaced several times during their lives due to Azerbaijani aggression. Without the proper food medicine, hygiene, this is a national disaster in real time and gross violation of all basic human rights.

There are thousands of people who still cannot find their relatives and family members. The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh has started a fact-finding mission to collect data about the persons whose fate is unknown.
