The Headquarters of Civil Protection of the Republic of Artsakh is taking steps to provide accommodation and food to the several thousand evacuated residents of the communities that came under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces as a result of the military aggression.

Primary assistance is provided to the most vulnerable groups and citizens who do not have the opportunity to stay in Stepanakert.
