The Representative of International Legal Matters appealed to the European Court of Human Rights today to apply an interim measure in order to prevent the irreversible loss of the rights of the civilian population as a result of the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against the population of Nagorno Karabakh.
The Office of the Representative of International Legal Matters of the Republic of Armenia reported.
In particular, it was demanded to oblige Azerbaijan to stop the targeting of all civilian objects, settlements and population by the armed forces.
