All ten constituency electoral commissions of Yerevan governed by part 1.1 of Article 50 of the RA Electoral Code, today at 11:00 a.m. convened an extraordinary meeting and decided by drawing of lot the three precincts of their service area in which they should carry out a recount.
The Central Electoral Commission reported.
Out of the 10 electoral district commissions in Yerevan there is only one application for recount in the 8th Constituency Electoral Commission,
According to Article 50 of the Electoral Code, recount work will begin today, September 19, at 2:00 p.m. and must be completed by September 22, 2:00 p.m.
One proxy and candidate from each party, as well as representatives of the observation mission and mass media can be present at the recount. The recalculation works will also be broadcast on the CEC website.
