The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a request to the court, to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from Smbat Daghbashyan, the former Director of the of the Hematology Center after Prof. Yolyan CJSC and his related person, in particular:
- 3 immovable properties located in Yerevan, and in case of impossibility, their average market value: 562 million 160 thousand AMD.
- 133 million 580 thousand AMD as the balance of illicit funds.
- 28 million 69 thousand AMD, which is not justified by the legal income of the person, has an illicit origin, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or cannot be identified and confiscated.
