On 24 August, 2023, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted another lawsuit regarding confiscation of property of illicit origin.
The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a request to the court, to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from former chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission Robert Nazaryan and his related persons, in particular:
- 8 real estates in the city of Yerevan, 3 means of transport, and in case of impossibility, their average market value, which is more than 1 billion 430 million AMD.
- Deposits and bonds equivalent to 734 million AMD.
- More than 1 billion 705 million AMD.
