The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 11 September, at around 01:00, the Defense Forces carried out fortification works in the region of Askeran, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another misinformation.
