The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 31 August, around 10:55 AM, the units of the Defense Ministry carried out fortification works in the Shushi region, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another misinformation.
