The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh informs that the message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 22 August, around 7:20 p.m., the defense units carried out fortification works in the region of Askeran, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another misinformation.
