On 16 August, around 10:10 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in Martakert region by using small arms. The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reported.
“There are no losses on the Armenian side.
The incident was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces,” the statement said.
