At the ceremonial start of the event, welcoming the attendees, Gor Vardanyan, the Rector of NPUA, specially mentioned the importance of the event, emphasized that unity is strength and unity is thinking.
“At first glance, when the phrase “the power of unity” is heard, it seems very easy to understand, but in reality, in life, it is very difficult to apply. Unity that should bring strength, unity in science that should bring results, unity in solidarity that should bring mood, environment and opportunity. It was under this idea that the “Strength of Unity” event was formed years ago, it was formed so that we can spread the idea of unity together,” the Rector of the Polytechnic said.
Rector Gor Vardanyan wished the young people to fight to become the best example of unity in the coming week. Every achievement, success and victory should be to spread unity and shape the character of the youth.
“You, the young people representing different universities of Armenia, have a great mission, the professional abilities and knowledge that you receive in your universities are aimed at polarizing results in our country in a unified way. I want each of us to first of all have a philosophy in life for what we live, sleep and wake up, generate dreams and finally what our life is for, which over the years should have its logically generated result or not. I want you to make sure that you can generate great results over the years by realizing the power of unity, generating ideas together and moving forward together. It is the most difficult thing, because you try to go beyond your boundaries, your ideas, to create something in public, for your friend, for your surroundings. I want that in the future you will be a value creator in society, in your surroundings and in your homeland. Those successes will give us and all of us a guarantee for future achievements and confidence for the coming generation to see their future in our homeland,” Gor Vardanyan emphasized.
The purpose of the student rally is to unite young people around the idea of unity. Not with words, but with knowledge and will, to develop new ideas that are realistic, which will contribute to the progress of our country.
Sports, cultural and intellectual competitions will be held during the rally and the best front will be decided. Meetings, discussions with public, state and political figures will be held as well.
