Former NA Deputy Ruben Hayrapetyan, his son Rafik Hayrapetyan, their related persons Narine Simon Hayrapetyan, Mariam Mikayel Hayrapetyan, Rafik Garush Hayrapetyan have been notified by the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office to appear at the Prosecutor’s Office on 18 August; azdarar.am informed.

“Guided by Articles 16 and 17 of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin, I am notifying that the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office conducted an investigation of your property, as a result of which a summary was drawn up.

You have the right to appear at the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the RA Prosecutor General’s Office (50 Tigran Mets St., Yerevan) within one month from the moment of receiving this summons, to get acquainted with the materials of the case, to present a position, as well as a statement. At the same time, I inform you that it is necessary to appear on 18 August, 2023 at 11:00, and in case of impossibility to appear on the specified day and time, you should call 010-511-662 in advance to agree on the day and time” the public notices mention.
