The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has considered ineffective the international reactions regarding the alarms regarding Azerbaijan creating a humanitarian disaster in Artsakh and carrying out a genocidal policy.

In the conversation with the Artsakh Public Television, the Head of the country noted that there were and there would be reactions to his letters addressed to the international community and actors, but there were no result.

“I sent the first letter to the President of the Russian Federation at the beginning of July and in fact presented that the situation is already catastrophic. The Prime Minister of Armenia additionally referred to this in a telephone interview on 5 July. This was followed by trilateral meetings Aliyev-Pashinyan-Charles Michel, and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Bayramov-Mirzoan-Lavrov. It seems that the problem was discussed everywhere, the problem was raised; it seems that everyone noticed that the situation is getting worse day by day; but the results, I repeat again, are zero,” President Harutyunyan said.
