All possible measures are being taken by the state in order to somewhat mitigate the problems and their consequences that are increasing day by day in Artsakh, which is under the Azerbaijani blockade. There are also situations that we no longer have the necessary means and capabilities to overcome.
Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“Faced with serious social problems, being concerned about the health of young children, the sick, and the elderly, the citizens are quite stressed and nervous, adding to all this the criticisms of the state on various platforms of social networks, the comments and suggestions of “experts” for solving all problems, the attempts at division made parallel to the calls for unity, the statements belittling this persistent and difficult popular defense-resistance.
Fortunately, the people understand that preserving and protecting the motherland, although difficult, is an honorable task that requires such qualities as patience, endurance, perseverance, and honor. Although emotionality and depression accompany us in various situations, they should never become the determinant of our actions.
There are many issues that I cannot talk about now due to the workload, but I will still have the opportunity and time to address them, and for now, despite all kinds of problems, we continue to walk the chosen path of protecting Artsakh and the people of Artsakh.
