Failure to keep the accounting documents, as well as information in electronic carries, i.e. the initial accounting documents, the books, financial statements, documents on accounting policies, accounting software shall be archived in the manner and in the time-frame provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall shall give rise to imposition of a penalty in the amount of 50.000 AMD.
