By the decree of President Vahagn Khachaturyan on 13 April, Major Mkrtich Harutyunyan, the Unit Commander of military unit No. N, who died as a result of Azerbaijani provocation in Tegh village on 11 April, was posthumously awarded the Order of the Combat Cross of 1st Degree.
