According to the judgments of the Anti-Corruption Court, Tsaghkadzor forest lands will be returned to the RA
Judges Ashkhen Gharslyan and Karapet Badalyan of the RA Anti-Corruption Court issued judgments in civil cases No. CDP/0033/02/22 and CDP/0086/02/22, by which the auctions of 26 May, 2007 were declared invalid.
According to court rulings, 2 ha and 2.4 ha of Tsaghkadzor forest land will be returned to the RA from businessman Samvel Mayrapetyan and Hakob Shahgaldyan, the son of the former governor of Kotayk.
