Another claim regarding the confiscation of property of illicit origin was accepted in the proceedings of the Anti-Corruption Court.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a request to the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from Samvel Mayrapetyan, who is accused of money laundering:
- The apartment and the parking lot located on Byron Street in the Kentron Administrative District, and in case of impossibility, its average market value, which is more than 388 million AMD in total.
- Around 235 million AMD as the sum of AMD transferred to bona fide third parties that are not justified by legal incomes and the balance of illicit incomes.
