The Criminal Court of Appeals rejected the complaint against the measure of restraint of the former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan.
The judicial act on Sargsyan’s arrest was left unchanged.
Notably , the Prosecutor General’s Office initiated a criminal prosecution against Sargsyan.
It is noted that on the instructions of the former Minister of Defense V.S., apartments were allocated to 29 people who were not servicemen of the system, were not included in the records, and were included in the lists late.
Back in October 2022, Sargsyan announced that he moved to the USA with his wife.
