Bagrat Mikoyan has been appointed Head of Robert Kocharyan’s Office

Bagrat Mikoyan was appointed Head of the office of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. Robert Kocharyan’s Facebook page informs.

Let’s remind that before that, he held the position of coordinator of the same office.

Victor Soghomonyan, who was the Head of the retired President Kocharyan’s office since 2008, announced his resignation in February.

Bagrat Mikoyan’s biography:

Born on 28 June, 1979 in the city of Kirovakan

1995 graduated from secondary school No. 4 of Kirovakan

2000 graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Theology

2000-2002 served in the RA Armed Forces. Reserve army officer

2004 graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of International Relations

2011 graduated from the Diplomatic School of Armenia

2004-2008 worked in the Protocol Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia

2008-2023 held the position of Office Coordinator of the retired President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan
