The Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh report that on 22 March, the duty unit of the Martuni police department received a report that around 09:30 in the morning, residents of the town of Chartar, H. Harutyunyan, A. Ghahramanyan, M. Jivanyan, G. Ghukasyan, K. Davtyan, A. Adamyan and D. Davtyan, while doing agricultural work in the vineyards in the area called “Klazin Dzor” in the administrative area of Chartar city, were targeted by the fire shot by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
Irregular fire from various firearms was opened at civilians from the Azerbaijani combat positions adjacent to the vineyards, as a result of which the agricultural works were stopped.
The information was passed on to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
