The “Civil Contract ” Faction will not participate in the voting on the issue of applying to the Constitutional Court to terminate the powers of Constitutional Court Judge Seda Safaryan.

It should be reminded that the “Armenia” Faction of the National Assembly has submitted a draft decision of the NA, proposing to apply to the Constitutional Court on the issue of terminating the powers of CC Judge Seda Safaryan, in which it is mentioned that Seda Safaryan, after being elected as a CC Judge, was engaged in advocate’s activities.
