“According to the decisions made in four cases received from the Bankruptcy Court by the Ministry of Justice, the powers of the bankruptcy administrator Alexander Karakelyan were prematurely terminated on the basis of improper performance of powers.
The Control Department, taking into account the above decisions, presented to the Minister of Justice the facts of the existence of grounds for terminating the qualifications of the bankruptcy administrator, in connection with which the qualification of the bankruptcy administrator Alexander Karakelyan was terminated by the decision of the Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan,” the statement reads.
