Alongside with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Felix Khachatryan and the Advisor to the Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan, we met with the Member of the European Parliament Mr. François-Xavier Bellamy at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in Armenia.

The opportunity to thank the European parliamentarian for his support for the adoption of the resolution on the humanitarian crisis created in Artsakh due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the Goris-Stepanakert road (according to the trilateral statement – the Lachin corridor) and for his commitment to the rights, freedoms and security of the Artsakh people.

We discussed the humanitarian problems that have arisen as a result of the blockade and ways to overcome them, as well as various actions to counter Azerbaijan’s criminal policy.
