The State Revenue Committee informs that in accordance with the Articles 12, 13, 30, 31 and 37 of Annex 3 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of 29 May, 2014, as well as Annex 4: vehicles imported from third countries to the territory of the Republic of Armenia under the codes of 8702, 8703, 870421 and 870431, for which customs duties and taxes have been paid at rates different from EAEU rates, will acquire the status of EAEU products from 1 January, 2023. Exceptions are 339 vehicles, the declaration of which was carried out according to the EEC Council Decision No. 20 of 21.02.2020 and Decision No. 49 of the EEC Council dated 03.04.2020 (the list is attached). The SRC Information and Public Relations Department reported.
The mentioned 339 vehicles will receive the status of EAEU goods from 1 January, 2025 or upon payment of the difference of the EAEU unified rate.
Therefore, the committee informs that there is no longer any need to write an application to the RA SRC about the status of cars and receive a corresponding reference. You just need to check the availability of the vehicle in the attached list. If the vehicle in question is on the list and no taxes or customs duties have been paid for it at rates different from the EAEU rates, then the latter does not have the status of an EAEU product. In all other cases, the above-mentioned vehicles acquired the status of EAEU product from 2023.
At the same time, the EAEU partner structures have also been informed about the above in official letters.
