Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees on 7 January.

The Government of the Republic of Artsakh reported.

According to the decrees:

Vitaly Balasanyan was relieved from the post of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.

Ararat Melkumyan is appointed the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.

By another decree of the Head of the Country on the same day, Major-General Ararat Melkumyan was relieved from the position of the First Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh in connection with his transfer to the new job.
