On 23 December, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received the Artsakh delegation led by Acting Foreign Minister Davit Babayan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the consequences of Azerbaijan’s blocking the Lachin Corridor, the details of the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
