The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly on 15 December, at 08:15, the units of the Defense Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions, does not correspond to reality.

It is the third day that Azerbaijan continues to block the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia.
“Taking into account that the supply of gas to Artsakh from Armenia is also blocked in the Azerbaijani sector, and Artsakh is deprived of gas, we call on the residents of Artsakh to use electricity and fuel sparingly,” Artsakh InfoCenter noted.
